Just on the sea without crossing any transit road, Residence Casabianca offers to tourists a pleasant holiday on the “Fermana” coast and it is an ideal place for families thanks to the easy access to essential services. In fact next to the residence you can find: a pharmacy, a super-market, restaurants, bar, pizzeria, a postal office, a laundry and so on... The brick bungalows, in first row, are fully furnished with an outdoor parking space and a private little garden with gate. All the bungalows consist of: one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a kitchenette, TV, bathroom with hot shower. The bungalows are standard (without air conditioning) and comfort (air conditioning). In the second row there are also 1-room or 2-room apartments on the ground floor, air conditioned, with an autonomous entrance and private veranda - balcony. Both bungalows and apartments have beach equipment (sun umbrella and sunbeds).
