San Giorgio di Gioiosa Marea is the stretch of beach in Sicily nearest to the spendid archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. Lipari and its six sister islands appear to be so close to Villaggio Cicero that you can almost reach out and touch them. Situated in a densely tree populated area of about 50.000 sq. metres,the Villaggio borders onto a sand and gravel beach with a clear, unpolluted deep blue sea which slopes gently for the first couple of metres that makes it ideal for children and water sports such as wind surfing deep sea diving and water skiing.
You have the choice of 3 types of accomodations:
The two room Cottage standard consist of a sitting room with built in kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, TV-SAT and aircondition and can accomodate up to four people.
The three room Cottage de luxe consist of a sitting room with built in kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, TV-SAT and aircondition and can accomodate up to five people.
The three room mobilhome consist of a sitting room wiht built in kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV and aircondition and can accomodate up to five people.
The whole residence is exclusively situated in a botanical garden . Each cottage with his own covered terrace is surrounded by a lush vegetation of strelitz, olive trees and palm trees .
The campingplace is situated in a separate zone with a lot of natural shadow.
The village offers his guests the choice of only renting, half board or full board.
The campound is 400 meter from the small town of San Girogio, a fisherman village wiht all types of services and shops (supermarket, post office, chemist, restaurants, etc...)
Services and facilities: bar, restaurant, pizza house, car park, playground, deck chairs, swimming-pool (27/03/10 until 03/10/10), beach umbrellas, Diving-Center, possibility of mooring and towing floating, beach volley, ping-pong, escursion service, hiring rentcars and bicicles, safekeeping valuzbles, coin operated washing machine and parkingplace, pets are welcome.
External activities: tennis, horse riding, paragliding and hang-gliding, windsurf and Disco La Pineta.
