BAIA SARACENO Our Vacation Village "BAIA SARACENO” is in one of the most beautiful parts of the northern coast of Sardinia, overlooking the majesty of the gorgeous Archipelago of La Maddalena. Its bungalows fit in well with the surrounding nature, for a carefree, relaxed stay for those seeking a seaside vacation. You can easily reach us from the port and airport in Olbia in 30 minutes or from the port of Palau (from Genoa, Corsica and Naples) in only 5 minutes. A warm, inviting restaurant with a café and pizzeria is available for your use. A large area is set aside from the campground with a market, ice cream parlor, plots with electric outlets, boating and a reserved area for nature-lovers. Excursions are made to the splendid islands of the Archipelago of La Maddalena. It is about 600 meters from the town of Palau and covers an area of 30,000 m2. There are small huts for 2-3 guests, provided with linens, a table, chairs, a closet, lights and a 220 V outlet, and use of the campground’s centralized toilet facilities. The bungalows have considerably larger rooms with private toilets, available for 2/3/4/5 guests, equipped with bed linens, a table, chairs, a closet, lights, a 220 V outlet, and a refrigerator. Each guest is in charge of cleaning and tidying his or her own lodgings. The coast consists of small inlets punctuated by cliffs and sand. It is forested, sunny and breezy. The campground has cold and hot running water, 200 V electricity, centralized facilities, postal service, telephones, guarded car and motorcycle parking. There are plenty of sport activities, children’s games, a dock and buoys for short boat excursions. Restaurant, café, buffet, pizzeria, market, ice cream parlor and a nature-lover’s area.
